Heard of Cat on a hot tin roof?

My poor 18 yr old moggie Jess, had a wee accident yesterday
i was just about to turn the cooker off - when the dog chased her and she jumped up onto the ceramic hob!!! her wee front paw got burned...she jumped very quickly off leaving some paw behind and ran three legged upstairs; we rescued her, wrapped her in a towel - put the sore paw under cold water and then applied Flamizine cream to it.
Fortunately she seems better today. It would have to be the leg that she is arthritic on thou.
Thats life number 8 gone I think.......
