Big bad news.
Had a good ride with Annie today. We were walking round and cooling off. The YO was bringing the horses in from the field and one got away, cantering down the side of the arena and spooking Annie and she took off. As we were cooling my feet were out my stirrups and they kept banging off her sides so she was getting faster and faster. I did my best to stop her but I couldn#t stay on and eventually hit the deck, hitting the fence and getting knocked under her. She's stood on me three times, my side, my thigh, and my calf.
I'm not badly hurt, just very injured and I can't walk. My calf is too sore. And I don't know if I'll be able to ride at the clinic on Sunday.
So, (this part being addressed specifically to Hannah), would it be ok that Jennifer takes my place last minutely on Annie if my leg dosn't get better by Sunday?

Thats good.
Jennifer schooled her today for me, and then I sat on her and walked around to cool her off. It hurt, but at least I was back on her again.
So it'll be a play by ear on Sunday. Both Jennifer and myself will come. It may end up that I try and ride, then have to let her on, possibly I'll get through the lesson but not be able to do in hand. Just depends really.
