Has anyones else noticed that Deppartieu has been sold this year down south, hes in the dressage results in H and H on page 53. I didnt realise Katrina Hands sold him in the spring, but lloking at his results on BD he is back competing in Elems and not Med level. Has Katrina bought another one or is she to busy with her young children just now While we are on dressage chat how is Holland De whats its name Holland the x show/ workers horse that the Brashes owned that was sold up Aberdeen way for dressage

Haven't seen Katrina for ages as we've rather been out of the dressage loop for various reasons. Maybe she's got another one!! I don't know how she manages with the kids and horses and a job, but she has a very supportive husband.
Dalcotes Holland and Holland? Not sure - probably been dressaging but again haven't been to much for a while. I'm sure someone will have some news.

Re the Dalcotes horse yup its the same one.
Shame about Depardieu, but i'm not too surprised - i think she would have been finding it a lot, and not sure how she got on with him.....nice to see he's doing well though

i did wonder if it was the same horse I have only dalcotes holland & holland out showing but I only really do dressage at ladyleys, faraway and sometimes fountain over the winter and think that they would probably go to loanhead as it is closer for them he is a very nice horse i like him

Yeah the family that have the Dalcotes horse do a fair bit of dressage and showing with him up this way. They often at Goval and also do Loanhead as well. Nice horse but can be a bit 'hot' in the showring at times - I judged him in the championship at YRC this year ............. think they doing Novice heading towards Elementary with him!!! The family own a large livery yard called Sunnyside in the west end of Aberdeen and quite a prof set up so he in a good place!!!

Strange hes hot in the show ring as he never was before, even as a baby, one wonders........I even say him compete when he was young at HOYs in the future dressage/eventer type classes etc Maybe hes had enough of the showing malarky and hes having a wee strop

As said it only sometimes he overboils and loses it...........the next time he fine and goes like a true professional !! I've always thought though he be better shown as a large RH rather than a hunter!! Always appears composed at dressage though - horses eh - no matter how expensive they are they can all the same !!!!! Great looking cuddy though and she rides him well - always immaculate turned out!!
