Please list all sites (or phone numbers for those without sites) for horse transporters that you would recommend here, giving your reasons for why you would recommend them if possible - thanks!

www.boothroydanhorsetransport.co.uk/index.htmlUsed to transport from Cheshire to Lyne of Skene June 2007- great service and filly looked well when unloaded- considering it was her first time travelling and away from her buddies! ETA: forgot to put link in first time!

I would also highly recommend Gillies and Boothroyden transport, both have handled stock in and out very well, Boothroyden brought our C stallion to Scotland and can highly recommend them as stallion transporters

Blue Rose are very nice people, very caring and you won't go far wrong with them. The only problems I have ever had is pinning them down, they are usually so busy. Their number is normally in the transport section of H&H.

I've been using Tugs-transport (07802 421675 or enquiries@tugs-transport.co.uk) for moving my lot, based in Midlothian. Mostly for shows and riding club stuff since we can get 5 Exmoors in his trailer it reduces the costs since split 5 ways!
Very good with all the ponies, good and bad loaders. Using him to bring my mare and foal up from Lincs next month, used Gillie's to send the mare down but would prefer the more personal touch for a foal on its first long journey.

We use Gillie's quite a lot too and have always been pleased with how the horses have travelled but we also use Gordon Hamilton and find often his prices are very competitive!
