Naylors Equestrian are pretty good, I got a SI rug from them, was the cheapest I could find online and the service was second-to-none.

I used Hyperdrug the other day, very impressed with service though i think they have a limited range. Thanks to gill's recommendation i have also used Naylors with success
I won't touch Edgemere or Equestrian clearance, have had bad experiences with them this year

Most online stuff I get is via Amazon and the items have arrived within the notified timescales.
I have used both Derby House and Robinsons in the past and I have been lucky to erceive everything as planned alothough I have heard some horro stories particularly with DH

These days, I mostly buy my horsey stuff online from Ride Away. Their catalogue is excellent too and makes perfect bedtime reading.
I do like Robinsons sale though and have had quite a few bargains from them.
I used to buy a lot of stuff from Horse and Rider too, both before and after online shopping (mail order). Their staff were always very knowledgeable and helpful and I have bought things from them that weren't even in their catalogue.
Mole Valley Equestrian have a very good site too. I haven't personally bought anything from them yet but I know people who have and they have been very positive about this company.

I usually use Rideaway, mostly because I tend to find their catalogue first. They have always been good and speedy. TDS is also helpful and have quite good sales!

I have to say ebay is one of my first stops, it does take a fair bit of searching to find what you want sometimes though. Trot2 is also an ace shop

I'd forgotten about Hope Valley Marlee! They have good sales at shows too, and are great at sending rugs out that you buy there.
