I have a list of pre entries if anyone wants a rough idea on how big the classes are, but they are taking entries on the day so they may change :-)

Now not taking the 3 year old, he's lost too much condition, going to watch as there is nothing for my ridden horse to do this year

Had a drive over , my it was interesting, I learnt today that when working in your horse it is acceptable to do so until its lathered white with foam and the use of draw reins with a double bridle is the in thing?

I assume when you say you learned it was acceptable that you mean everyone was doing it to the exclusion of everything else? Or was it just one or two? Either way I hope you submitted a complaint to the show organisers, it's the only way these things are stamped out. Poor horse(s).

I saw at least 3 people in double bridles with draw reins??? whats that all about? and one girl in particular(though there were more but not just as bad) inside in the warm up arena with a horse white with foam and not one person said anything, it wasnt my place to do so with so many officials about. I only stayed an hour then left.
