Annie's doing some weird stuff.
Out in the field, in the last week or so, I've noticed she's been on her own, away from the other horses a lot of the time. Others have noticed it too. Also, she's suddenly, randomly, been tearing around the field then going to the gate, stopping, snorting a few times, then walking away as if nothing happened.
Apart from pulling her mane and lifting the deep litter of her bed, nothing has been changed routine/feeding wise.
I'm wondering if maybe she's starting to come into season, or would it be to early?
Would it maybe be an idea to invest in one of the mare calming supplements if it is. She is travelling fairly fast over rough ground, and I'm worried she might hurt herself doing so.
Any tips/comments?

Lavender has been coming into season all winter It seems to be getting milder and the nights are drawing out, maybe it's just early spring fever
