Hi, i have recently broken my 3yr old ( 4yr old in feb)riding horse as i can only ride him at night now i clipped him and hes rugged up, he was a hairy mammoth before, trying to get him going for novice classes next year. Wondered is it ok to show him at the nps youngstock show with a clip in light horse classes? should have thought about it before i clipped him but im so dizzy, thought it might be nice to take him to his last show as a youngster. help anybody? thanks xx

Rules state it is only foals that cannot be clipped - maybe some people will say something but its your shout and you have clipped for their own welfare. Just go and enjoy - don't think there will be a lot of entries ;D

We've got the Scottish Sports Horse foal and youngstock classes at Inchcoonans Equestrian, Errol, next Saturday (19th) and it's a fantastic venue! Might be another nice wee practice? Give me a pm if you'd like a schedule!
