Have you ever thought about trying hunting but didn’t know where to start? Then a golden opportunity could be at hand. We will be running a "Newcomers to Hunting" day on Saturday, 16th October at Hilton Farm, Cupar at 10.00am. It will be a great opportunity to meet the hounds and huntsman, ride over interesting country and see what happens during a day's hunting. It’s not as difficult as you may think and above all it’s great fun. There will be opportunities to enjoy jumping natural obstacles but this is optional! And don’t worry help will be on hand to show you the ropes! Interested? Contact Liz Bell on: 01333 340323 / 07966 000229.

This sounds great. Is there a web page or something so I can ask for a link to be put on our pony club website?

I'd be going alone too and not jumping. Will think about it not sure if I'm brave enough oh will be fab to meet you again honey and i will be jumping but i'm sure they'll be ways round - even on proper huntign days there's usually a non jumping group (and i chicken out too when they get too high lol!)

We shall see she has been a bit of a naughty woman recently in company so been educating her that speed is something that I'm in charge of not her. Would love to give it a go would be completely different for her

Sounds great. I think I already commented on this elsewhere - maybe FB I wish we had something like this further west as it sounds like an ideal intro for wimps like me. If anyone stays nearby and fancies having 2 hairy ponies on their yard for the night, then please let me know
