TC - vet also said that its a warmblood thing damaging hind leg suspensary ligaments as they conformation not the best? I personally thought solo was quite well put together but his hind legs are quite straight which has led to both of his hind leg problems. ;D Mine was caused with toes being left far to long by a now well and truly sacked farrier. It took about a year and half of remiedial (sp??) trimming to get his feet right. I trusted the farrier and never questioned his work but when I look at photos now I can't believe I never noticed. We live and learn
