she has been in the wars, yesterday while having a mad turn with the other 4 dogs she got trod on and bowled over by the big dogs, I didnt see it but Neil did, I could hear her screams of pain in the kitchen and rushed outside to find Neil with her in his arms. She is a woose as I have found out in the past when she gets a knock, so I took her in and put her in her bed for a wee while to see if it was just a reaction to the shock, an hour later still not weight bearing on her back leg, so phoned the vet, who came out to see her within 30 minutes, and gave her a pain killing injection and more oral anti imflamatories, and we have to see how she is tomorrow, with her having such a bad heart murmour we are giving her the weekend to see if it gets any better, as she is such a bad risk to put under sedation/knock out, but today she is still not weight bearing on it, she will put it down when stood but cant walk on it, so it looks like its going to be x rays in the next few days if she doesnt improve, god I hope there is an improvement over today from her, but she is happy to stay in her bed and sleep and chew her chews, mind you saying that she did try to chase the ducks 3 legged yesterday when out to pee, and the cat in the evening, which was rather funny. But she is still very very sore. Poor Maisie pup.

thanks folks I feel so sorry for her, as she is still not weight bearing on the leg even on her pain killers. Just shows you how quick accidents can happen with them. But she is loving all the attention.
