I'm looking for some low key dressage events to get Polly and Emily out to. Neither are ready to "wow" the crowds, so just something with a couple of prelims would be good.
They may even both benefit from doing a walk, trot test to start them off.
Would prefer West Scotland venue but will travel if it's worth it, lol!

Greenfields do dressage league things, its very laid back but good judges, nice wee indoor where you do the test and outdoor for working in!

Is that the place at Strathaven? Not been there for ages - didn't realise it was still on the go. Sounds ideal though. Any idea of dates, etc?

Yeh thats the one!
They've got a website, google "Greenfields of Avondale" or i think the link is on Ayr RC website.
There's a wee cafe thing there now too so you can get something hot to eat! ;D

I'm 25 miles west of Glasgow Emma. I'm not the biggest fan of Jumps Really don't like the surface there.

Nor me but at least you would have indoor warm up - Greenfields is outside on grass

Greenfields is outside on grass I was there a few weeks ago and it wasn't on grass, warm up was the outdoor school and the test was in the indoor school.
