Hey all well im home and showered now finally, its been such a long day.... wasnt able to walk the course last night due to a kick from a big horse so was rushing around like a maddy doing it today. auntie anjee very kindly(and very very hungover after the angus yesterday) got miss tilly prepared for me whilst i ran around like a headless chicken gettin numers etc (10 mins before i was meant to be on i may add) Tilly was an angel in the warm up area etc it was me that was pooping my pants after all i have just had a baby 4 months ago Going round.......... OH MY GOD!!! i have never pulled a horse so much in my entire life... she was soooooooo strong and i felt like i had went far too fast... however i was TOO SLOW!!! But i got a 5TH!!! i am so proud of her!! she really is just brilliant at XC and i am mega chuffed that i actually managed to stay on never mind go clear AND get a 5th!!! So after me rambling on i just thought i would boast about my little result ;D

Well done my darling. So proud of both of you, and i must say my bandages were looking pretty decent considering my fragile state of mind after too many at the beer tent at the angus and a bbq that went on until 2am...

Well done Sara, fab result!!!
I took Blue round and was too fast!! Ooopsie!!! Ended up with too many time penalties but was still really happy with her cos she went in the water first time, which is a first for her, we usually have one refusal there!!!
Then took my friends hairy cob round the 2ft, and came 1st with only 1 time penalty, my friend and I were in complete shock as didn't think he was fast enough!!! Turns out 1st - 3rd in that class were all heavy cobs so go the cobs!!!!!

Well done everyone. Alphamare thats a shame about the mix up with the fences. Buttercup, I saw you in the 2 ft. Your pals cob looked like it was having a ball. The one who got second in that class went round with Sara a couple of years back and she got a fifth with him and the grey that got third was one of two that I took up for my pal yesterday. He goes every year and always gets placed. So right enough, 'go the cobs'. ;D ;D ;D
