I dont like Dabbs much. The indoor arena is lovely but the work in area is so dark & dingy. The outdoor work in arena is so deep and full of stones, Iona hates it. You have to make sure you are there early enough to work in the grass arenas, before the classes start ![:P](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/tongue.png) Have to say, I quite like Devon, it's better than most around here! Don't normally have the chance to ride there, always at Dabbs, but all the facillities are quite good at Devon! You Aberdonians are spoilt! ![:P](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/tongue.png)

We are spoilt but believe me we need the facilities Fountain, Faraway and Ladyleys provide, especially in the winter. I am particularly lucky that I have 2 of the centres within 20 mins and the nearest is only 2 mins!!! ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/grin.png) In bad weather, Fountain always seem to be able to find us a slot during the day to use the school.

I used to love Dabbs back in the day when it was Stotfoot and I went every Thursday night with my 13.2 pony! I didn't really go back once Andrew and Dom took over, but probably this was mostly due to not liking change. They wouldn't let us do a jump off and pulled names out of a hat to see who won! Compared to Tom and Marie's brown and cream sashes and little gold plastic pony trophies Stotfoot beat Dabbs handsdown in my opinion!! Was at Dabbs in November for the first time in years and it wasn't too bad - mind you, I was so nervous about being dragged off my feet by an excited colt to take too much in.
Personally, I've never been a fan of Gleneagles. Primarily because you never got a good picture from Harry because of the bad lighting. ;D

I really hated the outdoor arena at Dabbs as W ended up with orange legs. I didnt see any broken glass in the lorry park but there was plastic sheeting blowing around and huge boulders & a bit of fence wire half stuck in the ground the first time I was there. Looked a lot tidier last time though and the staff were all really helpful & I loved the indoor arena.

Muirmill is my worst venue - it is in a real need of cash injection. I see it is up for sale just now so hopefully the new people will put some much needed upgrading into place. It has the real potential to be a great place for us Ayrshire folk!
