Ouch hope you're feeling better soon bangle
We've had lovely weather so I went for a nice long hack around the neighbouring farm and then washed his lordships tail. It almost feels like Spring is on its way, as I left him without a rug in the sun whilst I washed it and his coat was lovely and hot.
He feel asleep as I was mooching about brushing him etc.
Days like this make me desperate to keep him, I know I'll never have another one like him. But now I savour the time I do have with him.

Ouch! Poor Bangle!
Well I had a good day, until I got on the bloody mare who decided if she couldn't rush into the jump she wasn't doing it at all. Perhaps I should take this point to mention the jump was a tiny cross pole. She decided to rear full up twice with me. Rode out the first one but the second one she dislodged me and I ended up hanging off the side when she landed. So I did an emergancy landing and slapped her hard for it. I don't usually ever hit a horse, but this was something I wasn't going to stand for.
So I thought for a moment, then took the flash off. Problem solved!!!
*grumbles something about stupid fussy thoroughbred mares*
