Lol, thank you for the vote of confidence bangle, but I think I prefer to do my own thing rather than have a franchise

I have emailed FOC to say how bitterly disappointing it is to lose FOC in Scotland this year - I also referenced the organiser as being well known for lack of organisational skills ! and how much we would like FOC in Scotland next year - if we show some support for it maybe it will happen in 2014 - there is a form on their website if anyone wants to add support for it next year. I shall now sit in the house all weekend wearing my new tweed bought specially for our WH debut at FOC :-( *sobsquietlyintocoffee*

The first FOC at Ingliston was one of the best shows I went to with Mr Orange, the atmosphere was amazing and the quality of horses and ponies forward was really high.
It's a real shame that the organiser of this one really didn't seem to "do" organising, I think it was going to be a busy show.
Good idea tho' Sparkler. Encouragement via email and their FB page will hopefully encourage them to get it off the ground next year.

We went when it was held at SNEC......fabby rosettes and sashes :-)
Maybe if it wasn't as far up North it may be better attended?

Maybe if it wasn't as far up North it may be better attended? Sadly, ,I don't think the geography had any contributing factor to cancellation/ failure of the show

Sadly, ,I don't think the geography had any contributing factor to cancellation/ failure of the show I realise that now PD speaking to someone at the Grand Slam yesterday, but if it was more central and there was someone to organise it, I'm sure it would be a fab show as it has been in the past :-)
